Corona‘s second wave continues across the state. In view of the current situation in Corona, Chairman Corona Task Force Dr. Ata-ur-Rehman recommended the two months opening of educational institutions. On the other hand, in his message on microblogging website Twitter, Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mehmood on the closure of educational institutions said that as Federal Minister of Education, I plan to open education institutions as soon as the Corona health situation improves. At its meeting of 26 November to 24 December, the Federal Ministry of Education agreed to begin internal schooling. All educational institutions in Pakistan will take online classes from 26 November. Everybody will be closed in classrooms, colleges, hospitals, schools. The winter holidays will take place between 25 December and 10 January, and children will not be allowed to attend schools. At home, the children’s schooling will continue. On January 11, if the situation improves, all the educational institutions will be reopened.
