اسلام آباد (اُردو پوائنٹ اخبارتازہ ترین۔ 18 جون2020ء) کورونا کے 90 فیصد مریضوں کا گھر پر علاج ممکن ہے، طبی ماہرین کے مطابق درجہ حرارت اور آکسیجن لیول چیک کرکے وبا پر کنٹرول ممکن ہے، گھریلو ٹوٹکے اور شہد کا استعمال فلو اور سردی کم کرنے کیلئے موزوں نسخہ ہے۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق ایک بار پھر سے ڈاکٹرز عوام کو کورونا اور اس کے علاج سے متعلق آگاہی فراہم کرنے کیلئے میدان میں آگئے ہیں۔
ڈاکٹرز نے بتایا ہے کہ ہ کورونا وائرس کی وبا میں مبتلا 90 فیصد مریضوں کا گھر پر علاج ممکن ہے، پلازما تھراپی، ایکٹمرا اور ڈیکسا میتھازون وائرس کا مکمل علاج نہیں جبکہ ثنا مکی کے مضر اثرات بہت زیادہ ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا ہے کہ سوشل میڈیا پر چلنے والی گمراہ کن معلومات نے سنسنی پھیلائی ہوئی ہے اس پر عمل نہ کریں، ماسک کے استعمال سے وائرس کا پھیلاؤ روکا جا سکتا ہے۔
طبی ماہرین نے کہا ہے کہ کورونا سے ڈرنا نہیں بچنا ہے۔ معمولی علامات والے مریضوں کو پریشان ہونے کی ضرورت نہیں ہے۔ 90 فیصد سے زائد مریض گھر پر ہی مناسب علاج سے تندرست ہو سکتے ہیں۔ ڈاکٹروں کا کہنا ہے کہ معمول کے مطابق درجہ حرارت اور آکسیجن لیول چیک کرکے وبا پر کنٹرول ممکن ہے۔ خون میں آکسیجن لیول 93 فیصد سے زیادہ ہو تو بخار کو پیراسیٹامول یا دیگر ادویات سے کم کیا جا سکتا ہے۔
گھریلو ٹوٹکے اور شہد کا استعمال فلو اور سردی کم کرنے کیلئے موزوں نسخہ ہے۔ ڈاکٹرز نے مشورہ دیا ہے کہ اینٹی بائیوٹکس، اینٹی وائرل اور ہربل علاج سے پرہیز کیا جائے۔ آگاہی پیغام میں کہا گیا ہے کہ اگر آکسیجن لیول 93 یا نارمل ہو لیکن بخار 100 سے زیادہ ہو، سینے پر دباؤ، سانس لینے میں دشواری اور گھٹن پر مریض فوری ڈاکٹر سے رجوع کرے۔ آکسیجن لیول 93 فیصد سے کم ہو جائے تو مریض کو فوری کورونا کے علاج والے ہسپتال منتقل کیا جائے۔
اس صورت میں کوئی بھی تاخیر مریض کے لئے خطرناک ہو سکتی ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ گزشتہ چوبیس گھنٹوں کے دوران ملک بھر میں کورونا کی31 ہزار 500 ٹیسٹ کیے گئے، پورے ملک میں اب تک کورونا سے صحتیاب ہونے والوں کی تعداد 59 ہزار 215 ہے، آزاد کشمیر گلگت بلتستان اور بلوچستان میں کوئی مریض وینٹی لیٹر پر نہیں ہے۔ اس وقت ملک بھر میں ایکٹو کیسز کی تعداد 97 ہزار 810 ہے جبکہ گزشتہ 24گھنٹوں کے دوران 5 ہزار 358 مریضوں کا اضافہ ہوا۔ این سی او سی کے مطابق ملک بھر میں کورونا وائرس کے مریضوں کی تعداد 1 لاکھ 60 ہزار 118 ہے جن میں آزاد کشمیر میں 740,بلوچستان میں 8 ہزار 794,گلگت بلتستان میں1 ہزار 213,، اسلام آباد میں 9 ہزار 637،خیبر پختونخوا میں 19 ہزار 613 ، پنجاب میں 60 ہزار 138، سندھ میں 59 ہزار 983 مریض ہیں۔
