اسلام آباد (اردوپوائنٹ اخبارتازہ ترین۔ 20 جون 2020ء) جمیعت علماء اسلام ف کے سربراہ مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا ہے کہ وزیراعظم کیخلاف تحریک عدم اعتماد کا آپشن موجود ہے، تحریک عدم اعتماد کیلئے باربار سوچنے کی ضرورت ہے، کیونکہ اکثریت پہلے بھی ہمارے پاس تھی لیکن سینیٹ الیکشن میں کیا ہوا؟ انہوں نے پریس کانفرنس کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہم تو پی ٹی آئی اور بلوچستان عوامی پارٹی کو جڑواں بہنیں سمجھتے ہیں۔

صوبائی اپوزیشن جماعتیں جب بیٹھیں گی، تو وہ سوچیں گی کہ کیا وہاں کوئی تبدیلی کے امکانات ہوسکتے ہیں؟ بنیادی جماعت یہ ہے کہ ہماری تحریک کے دوران کورونا وباء کا مسئلہ آیا، پھر سب نے دیکھا کہ جب کورونا کو عالمی وباء ڈکلیئر کردیا گیا تو ہم نے کہا کہ ہمارے مسائل سیاسی ہیں، لیکن کورونا کے خلاف ہمارے رضا کار حاضر ہیں۔ ہم نے تمام سیاسی سرگرمیاں معطل کردیں، مدارس بند کردیے، امتحانات روک دیے، مساجد کے حوالے سے ایس اوپیز طے کیے اس پر عمل کیا، لیکن جب ان سیاسی سرگومیوں میں تعطل کے باجود حکومت نے کچھ فیصلے کیے تو ہمیں بھی مجبوراً محدود پیمانے پر سیاسی سرگرمیاں شروع کیں۔
خیبرپختونخواہ، سمیت آج بلوچستان میں اور دوسرے صوبوں کی آل پارٹیزکانفرنس ہورہی ہیں۔ جب ہم صوبائی اے پی سیز مکمل کرلیں گے تو پھر مرکزی اے پی سی بلائیں گے۔ موجودہ حالات میں بھی عام آدمی کی ترجمانی کیلئے میدان میں آگئے ہیں، ہم آگے بڑھتے جائیں گے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ تحریک عدم اعتماد ایوان کے اندر اراکین کی تعداد پر لائی جاتی ہے۔ یہ تعداد ہمارے پاس پہلے بھی موجود ہے، اکثریت ہمارے پاس پہلے سے تھی لیکن سینیٹ الیکشن میں کیا ہوا؟ تاریخ کا ایک بدترین واقعہ ہوا ہے۔
آپشن تو ہے تو لیکن اس کو عملی جامہ پہنانے کیلئے باربار سوچنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ احتساب سیاسی ہتھیار ہے جو صرف اپوزیشن کیخلاف استعمال ہو رہا ہے۔ بی آر ٹی کیس التوا میں کیوں ڈالا جا رہا ہے، جبکہ احتساب صرف اپوزیشن کیلئے ہے۔ چینی کمیشن سے یہ کس قدرآرام سے نکل گئے کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں ہے۔ اگر اسی طریقے سے کوئی اور سیاستدان، نوازشریف، شہبازشریف ، زرداری یا مریم نواز چلی جاتیں تو کیسے میڈیا کی دنیا میں حشر کیا جاتا؟ بی آر ٹی پر ہاتھ کیوں نہیں ڈالا جاتا؟ ملک میں غیر آئینی، غیر قانونی گرفتاریوں کی مذمت کرتے ہیں۔
خیبرپختونخواہ میں پی ٹی آئی کی حکومت نے خود ایک احتساب کمیشن بنایا تھا، جب خود اس کی گرفت میں آئے تو اس احتساب کمیشن کو ہی ختم کردیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ بلوچستان میں لاپتا افراد کو بازیاب کرانے کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔ سی پیک میں بلوچستان کو نظر انداز کیا گیا۔ سی پیک میں بلوچستان کے منصوبوں پر عمل درآمد کیا جائے۔18ویں ترمیم سے متعلق حکومت کے بیانات تشویشناک ہیں۔
این ایف سی ایوارڈ میں کسی کمی کو قبول نہیں کیا جائے گا۔ مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا کہ حکومت کورونا روکنے میں ناکام ہے۔ ٹڈی دل کے خاتمے کے لیے ٹھوس اقدامات کیے جائیں۔ مولانا فضل الرحمان نے کہا کہ جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے اچھے طریقے سے اپنا کیس لڑا۔ ججز کو ہراساں کرنے کی کوشش کی گئی ہے۔ بدنیتی پر مبنی ریفرنس کے خلاف کارروئی ہونی چاہیے۔
فیصلے سے عدالت کی توقیر میں اضافہ ہوا ہے۔اس موقع پربلوچستان نینشل پارٹی کے سربراہ سردار اختر مینگل نے کہا کہ حکومت میں واپس نہ جانے کا فیصلہ پارٹی کی سینٹرل ایگزیکٹو کمیٹی کا ہے، یہ فیصلہ فرد واحد کا نہیں۔
حکومت میں جانا اب میری ذات کے بس میں نہیں۔ حکومت بلوچستان کے مسائل حل کر دے، بی این پی تو کیا پھر پورا بلوچتسان پی ٹی آئی جوائن کرلے گا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت کا ساتھ ہی چھوڑدیا تو بیگانے کی شادی میں عبداللہ دیوانہ کیوں بنے؟ انہوں نے بلوچستان نینشل پارٹی واحد جماعت ہے جس نے ایسا کیا ہے۔
پارلیمانی تاریخ میں کبھی ایسا نہیں ہوا کہ کسی نے ایوان میں حکومت سے لاتعلقی کا اعلان کیا ہو۔ اختر مینگل نے کہا کہ ہم پہلے بھی حکومت کو وارننگ دیتے رہے۔ حکومت اگر بی این پی کی واپسی کیلئے واقعی ہی سنجیدہ ہے تو بلوچستان کے مسائل کو حل کرے۔
