پاکستان کے مقبول ترین پروگرام نیلام گھر کے میزبان طارق عزیز جہانِ فانی سے کوچ کر گئے۔ تفصیلات کے مطابق طارق عزیز کی کوئی اولاد نہیں تھی جس کے باعث دو سال قبل ہی انہوں نے اپنی تمام جائیداد اور دولت ”ریاست پاکستان” کے نام کر دی تھی جس کا اعلان انہوں نے سوشل میڈیا پر اپنے ایک پیغام کے ذریعے کیا تھا۔
طارق عزیز نے اپنے پیغام میں کہا تھا کہ “اللہ پاک نے مجھے اولاد نہیں دی، یہ خدا کی قدرت ہے جسے چاہے دے جسے چاہے نہ دے اور جسے چاہے دے کہ واپس لے لے۔ انہوں نے مزید کہا میں مرنے کے بعد اپنی ساری جائیداد دولت پاکستان کے نام کرتا ہوں”
واضح رہے کہ معروف میزبان طارق عزیز کو آج طبیعت خراب ہونے پر ہسپتال منتقل کیا گیا تھا جہاں وہ اپنی جان کی بازی ہار گئے۔
