How To Lose Weight & How To Lose Belly Fat | Sayfjee

“There’s a third rail to weight loss, and that’s a whole life around you.”

A life outside of yourself.

You Bring Your Diet Plan Into Your Bedroom:

So, you bring your diet plan into your bedroom, and close your eyes. You visualize another person, another person who is also fat. Not just another piece of flesh — an actual life. You’re not just imagining anyone, though. You’re imagining yourself.

Placing your weight loss plan in your bedroom, some thoughts come into your head. Thoughts about your childhood. About your mother. About your failure. About your insecurities. You will also have the thoughts about the people who criticize you. Questions of your sanity.

Change the View You See Yourself:

Before you take steps towards a healthier future, however, it’s important to change the view you see yourself from — from the outside in. For the most part, it’s not that bad. And it’s not that hard.

The truth is, you can lose significant weight overnight if you start. You can lose significant weight simply because your exercise regimen takes less time than you thought. It’s not until you wake up in the morning and look at your reflections that it hits you: it’s not only time to wake up and get some exercise in, it’s time to lose some weight. The truth is, you can lose significant weight without taking up any drastic changes in lifestyle.

How To Achieve A Weight Loss Goal:

It’s important to understand how to achieve a weight loss goal. There’s a third rail to weight loss — a “life around you” to go with it. You only need to think about the changes you need in your lifestyle — and you’ll never look at yourself in the same way.

The below tip is likely to be particularly helpful to you if you’re putting on weight and also need to keep that weight off.

  • Make sure you make time for exercise every day, even if you have more time than most people.
  • Make sure you get adequate sleep every night.
  • Make sure you have as many hours of sunlight before bed as possible.

A study found that energy gain actually diminishes for those who are getting more in the evening. Even though the night owls have less energy in the evening.

If you’re not leaving the house and driving to exercise, that means that you’re not getting plenty of sunshine. Whether this doesn’t seem much of a game-changer, consider the fact that the health benefits of having more natural light are immense.

Strength & Motivation:

In addition, those getting more sun day after day tend to lose weight more quickly. If you’re getting this bright light outside, then this gives the brain greater strength and motivation.

Making the Time For Exercise:

Making the time for exercise may be the most difficult part. If you’re getting into it, the first thing you should do is do several exercises before you go out. That doesn’t mean you need to do anything crazy — I like most levels of activity, including yoga, cycling, and running — but doing these even a few exercises will help you get ready.

Or, at the very least, it will make you realize how productive a little effort can be. Just carrying a running or yoga mat can be a novelty for someone who is accustomed to laziness. If you do nothing else but get some movement, you will feel good.

Whether you are making time for exercise or just getting some in the evening, remember to make time for it. You don’t need to do anything crazy, but you do need to be ready for the first step.
